Robert Williams

CEO

Rob founded Williams Commerce in 2009 after a career in corporate IT, and ecommerce startups. Rob is involved in daily operations with both our internal teams and our customers, whilst focusing on our strategic goals of becoming one of the worlds leading ecommerce solution providers.

Simon Hartley

Chief Technology Officer

Simon has more than two decades of experience in IT delivery and product development and joined the Williams Commerce team in 2012. He spent over a decade as a developer at POS Ltd. He has successfully delivered technical solutions and projects with complex system-to-system integrations. As Chief Technical Officer, Simon is responsible for the tech stack, support, hosting, internal systems, custom solutions and contracts.

Michael Kent

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

With over 20 years of experience in the digital space, Michael joined Williams Commerce in 2009 and is now the Commerce DXP Delivery Director at Williams Commerce and also runs operations at our sister brand, Un.titled. 

Previous work includes being  IT Director and Programme Manager in Wholesale Banking Equity Markets for ING. Michael also has a BSC degree from Warwick University. 

Brian Healy

Chief Client Officer

Brian brings more than 25 years of experience in helping deliver long-term client success & strategy. As one of Un.titled’s founders, our sister brand, and having worked extensively within the arts cultural sector, he also brings a wealth of best practice and insight to the table.

 

Brian is involved and interested in long-term client success, providing wraparound support to our teams, making sure we are client focused at all times and helping develop long-term value to clients.

 

Miruna Sfat

Marketing Director

Miruna has been part of Williams Commerce since 2015 and is now overseeing the Digital Marketing agency, working directly with the marketing team to deliver data-driven strategies and help our clients achieve their online goals across SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Email Marketing, Affiliates and more.

With over 10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Miruna is a creative problem-solver with a passion for building brands, digital strategies and long-term partnerships.

HEAD OF CONSULTANCY

Tanya leads our consultancy team in working alongside our clients to define their business requirements, build delivery roadmaps and consider transformational goals. Her team are involved throughout any engagement from the initial sales process to supporting delivery and ongoing account management.

Amanda Matthews

Head of Projects

Amanda leads the project delivery team providing strategic direction to ensure smooth operation of projects and objectives are met. She has over 10 years of experience in project management, website development and website design projects and has a degree in graphic design.

Matt Hogan

Head of Paid media

Matt has amassed over 12 years of extensive marketing expertise, predominantly focusing on Paid Media across various channels such as Google, Microsoft, Facebook, TikTok, and more.

Additionally, Matt enjoys building detailed marketing strategies tailored to various brands and industries, showcasing his strategic acumen.

Luciane Barbosa

Head of SEO

Luciane is a digital marketing veteran with 16 years’ experience specialising in comprehensive SEO strategies across global markets. She currently leads our SEO team driving organic growth for our ecommerce clients. Through innovative search optimisation techniques that combine technical expertise and data analysis, her team delivers measurable business impact.

Nathan Hardy

Customer Support Team Leader

Nathan brings over 6 years of experience in ecommerce technical support. As Customer Support Team Lead, Nathan is responsible for the day to day running of our tech stack, support and customer service. He also manages the support team to ensure we deliver great customer service in an effective time frame.
