Zoggs Case Study

To underpin business expansion, Zoggs sought a B2B Ecommerce platform. They wanted a turnkey, fit–for–purpose solution with the functionality they required out–of–the–box. Their requirements included integration with their ERP system in order to synchronise pricing, product, stock and orders.  

Zoggs wanted their sales team to have an active role in the new B2B Ecommerce platform and be able to actively assist customers. Zoggs also required a responsive UX and custom integration with their ERP system, Pegasus Opera. 

To achieve these goals, Zoggs chose the SaaS B2B Ecommerce platform from Williams Commerce’s sister company Cloudfy. This platform offered extended quote and sales agent functionality, alongside custom integration into Pegasus Opera and other specific functionality. 

 Agent logins also give Zoggs’ sales team access to Cloudfy, enabling them to be part of the order and customer service process.  

Zoggs also selected Cloudfy design, which matched their brand guidelines and provided a responsive user experience.
