Williams Commerce welcomes Historic Royal Palaces
An independent charity, responsible for the management and conservation of six significant historic royal sites in the UK, Historic Royal Palaces (HRP) are a team of people who look after six of the most wonderful palaces in the world – The Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Kensington Palace, Kew Palace, Banqueting House and Hillsborough Castle.
These palaces are rich in history and are iconic locations to visit. Partners, patrons, volunteers, members and visitors are crucial to helping HRP maintain and provide an outstanding experience to visitors, to let people explore and set minds racing.
As their new ecommerce digital partner, supporting the online HRP shop, Willliams Commerce are proud to play a role in supporting this goal, to give each of these palaces a future for everyone. Separate from the main HRP website, online shop visitors can purchase unique heritage gifts, homeware, chinaware and more.
Joining the likes of Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, The National Gallery, The Courtauld Institute of Art, The British Library and The British Museum, Historic Royal Palaces are now part of our growing list of celebrated clients in the arts and cultural sector where we are taking their ecommerce to the next level.
Having onboarded their site, our team of developers will now continue to provide essential support, maintenance, hosting, patches and upgrades to ensure the Historic Royal Palaces online shop provides an exceptional experience to users 24/7. Via a programme of continuous development, we will further seek to drive measurable, long-term success. Utilising data-driven insights, we will work closely with the HRP team on their ecommerce strategy highlighting areas of opportunity and optimising the website now and we hope in years to come.
A big thank you to the team at HRP, for placing their trust in Williams Commerce. We are incredibly excited about the prospect of getting to know the team and the organisation even better and to help deliver a shared vision for HRP’s aspirations.
